Great little cafe that's connected to the train station. they have everything from sandwiches for lunch to great breakfast wraps and coffee.

Always a nice crowd of people here, great staff, and tasty deli. Soft drinks are $2.50, sandwiches are around $7, and the service is fast. They also sell train tickets here

This Cafe La France is the closest to my apartment, so it is convenient whenever I need a quick beverage or snack.
They sell baguettes, which is a great thing if you are having a dinner party and need a nice fresh loaf of bread to go with your apps. They also have sandwiches, pastries and grab and go items. This is also the place to go to buy the MBTA tickets to go to Boston.
It is mostly for people who are taking the train or live or work in downtown. Parking is off the street or in one of the parking garages nearby. -

I have had coffee a few times at Cafe La France and my aunt has taken food out as well. The coffee was flavorful and the sandwiches hearty. But the one outstanding aspect of this small restaurant is how friendly each of the staff acts towards customers. It is how a cafe should be run!
Being in the train station, prices are of course a little bit expensive but for travelers, it is a convenient and clean place to recharge before of after a train ride! -

Always a great stop and the reason I look forward to taking the train. Always friendly faces waiting to take your order, My usual is a coffee and a sausage, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich. The bold blend is perfect, I always find coffee too weak but this one does the trick. The breakfast sandos are always a great choice. The place is clean and a good way to start your day!
They have tons of sandwiches made to order and beverage options. One lane is for the cafe items and the other is to purchase a T-pass.
